Not a single kicker?!? LOL Also, I think there's a problem with Mel Blount - it does not accept just his last name, like all the other people on the list.

Fixed the Blount question. I think the problem with kickers is that there is very little differentiation between the best kickers and the average. In any given year, most of the difference in field goal percentage can be attributed to random fluctuations, aka luck.

Blanda should have been on the list as K/QB. He's sixth on the all time scoring list and played in 4 different decades. Also funny that only 18% got Grange even with his photo posted.

No idea who that was in the picture. For most football fans today, it looks like any random old timer. No disrespect intended, of course.

I'm guessing that is Red Grange in the photo.

When this list is updated, I would guess that Adam Vinatieri will make the cut.

Jim Kelly was in four super bowls. Had Buffalo won a few of them he would have been on the list. Great QB!

Drew a blank on Tony Gonzalez. Why no Jeff George??

You must be joking about Jeff George. I did however think Warren Moon would be on here.

Joe Namath shouldn't be on there but at least he'll be bumped off in a season or two.

2010. AP has solidified his spot on this list since. Charles has solidified his non-inclusion.

either Steve Young is rated too low, or Aikman shouldn't be on this list; all through both of their careers Aikman was considered a "bubble" HOFer, while Young was considered a guaranteed HOFer. Some names I was surprised I didn't see on here: Antonio Gates, Jason Witten, Jack Youngblood, Steve Largent, Art Monk, Marvin Harrison, Terrell Owens, Tim Brown, Adrian Peterson, Aaron Rodgers.

There's no way Namath comes close to being worthy of this list. Even considering the change in the game, he was a mediocre QB on the field.

Montana at 4 and Steve Young at 81? As soon as I saw that gap, I knew this list was absurd. There was literally a New York Times article in 1998 titled "The Best Quarterback Ever" (no question mark). It was about Steve Young. Who, by the way, Mr. Montana called "the greatest passer I've ever seen."
