Did get them all, but if not for Alfred Morris would not have got Joe Morris. So a little luck was involved.

Curt Warner retired in 1990. The Seattle player in 1994 is Chris Warren.

No, CURT Warner played in the early eighties and was "replaced" by Chris Warren who after a couple seasons got traded to Dallas to back up Emmitt. That's about when Ahman Green got drafted followed by Shaun Alexander.

William Andrews is by far the most obscure person on the list. He's a year or two before I started watching football but I have no idea who the heck he is. I can't remember a Falcons back before Gerald Riggs. I guess I have my jet punk homework assignment.

Not even a big football fan, but I'm annoyed at myself for missing Michael Turner. I was at NIU the same time as him. Though I don't think I ever met him personally, everybody knew who "Turner the Burner" was, even those of us who didn't care about Huskie football.

One of these years, Bill Belichick is going to decide to take an average running back and get him to 2,000 yards.

But then, when the guy has 1,997 yards, he'll get cocky and show up 5 minutes late to practice, and so he'll get benched, then cut, and his backup will be Super Bowl MVP.

Game has changed. At least for the foreseeable future, this list will get only very slow growth, even with the 17th game.
