I had no idea what he looked like. And I'm sure after closing this web page I will forget and still won't be able to recognize him. I just saw the top corner of his jersey and assumed he was some kind of athlete, so... I guessed Messi and that was it.
Only one I missed was Kylie. I thought to myself: that looks like some vapid twit that belongs on that hideous reality TV show. Let's see.. "k-a-r-d-a-s-h-i-a-n" ... nope. oh well.
One of the most hear names these last years ( a kid a few houses down shouts it all day long... so there is no way around it for me! once in a while he says ronaldo... he says it every time he kicks the ball... so like every 15 seconds... and that for like 30 mins at a time 2-3 times a day... (he is 4)
But I dont watch football/soccer, so would have no idea. The only ones I might be able the recognise are soccer players from my country in the mid 90s... when I was about 13 everything everything from that time stuck the most.
I suspect the beard throws a few people off. The classic Messi look is clean-shaven. Plus if you don't regularly watch La Liga you might know very well who Messi is without knowing what he looks like. Hell, I know perfectly well who Kanye West is, but didn't have a good sense of what he looks like and missed that one.
I guessed Ronaldo and Messi in the last two quizzes and got them both. Had no idea what Messi looked like, did recognize Ronaldo probably from ads with his endorsement. Only two soccer players I know.
american here and i'm pretty proud i recognized him almost immediately! no idea what team he plays for... manchester? but let me tell you... this guy was every 12 y/o boy's idol where i grew up lol. he was all over social media abt a decade ago, right up there with ronaldo and neymar!
Wow, I scored one whole point. I've never heard of several of these people, and just started guessing the names I have heard of to get a few more. I was able to get Trudeau because when I looked at his photo I immediately thought, "Politician, not sports or movies," and then it was easy to figure out because he is young.
yea if it was a picture of her in aa everyday life situation ( or normal pic, not a paparazzi one) I wouldnt have known. I do know that they have big hair..
He was in "Inception," "The Dark Knight Rises," "Mad Max: Fury Road," "The Revenant," "Lawless," and the upcoming "Dunkirk." He was also briefly in "Black Hawk Down."
OMG Tom Hardy is the man. Such great range. Legend, The Revenant, etc. but if you want to see a great movie with great acting but not a lot of action watch Locke. It's more like a play than a movie, but very good.
I'm not sure that coming in second place in a Zach Braff lookalike contest qualifies someone as a cele . . . oh, my bad, that's the Prime Minister of Canada.
Must be getting old, did better with the 1940s and 50s quizzes when I was not alive, than with the 2000 and beyond. Can someone tell me what is a PewDiePie is?
I think you should accept spellings with a "T" for Putiepie (or however you spell it). It is reasonable to think Americans hearing it without seeing it written out would think that this made up word that the person has chosen as their moniker would be like the "d" sound we hear in "letter" or "better" (or "cutie pie") when spoken in an American accent.
Timberlake, Kunis, West, Zuckerberg, Reynolds(?), I thought Gomez was a child star.. I'm not familiar with most of these. If that's Hal from Malcolm in the Middle/Breaking Bad.
I'm sure you can argue the opposite. But AFAIK, Nsync, That 70's Show, Facebook, were solidly 00's. Sure they remain stars today.. but from what decade are Madonna, Eminem, Henry Winkler, etc?
Justin Timberlake is not just known for N'Sync. He is actually more popular for his solo career, which mostly occurred in the 2010s. Facebook is still just as popular as ever, and Zuckerberg is constantly in the spotlight for doing something controversial. Ryan Reynolds is more popular now than ever and has many 2010s credits, ie Deadpool. Gomez was a child star, but now has a very lucrative solo singing career. She is all over the radio. Breaking Bad happened in the 2010s, and Cranston is more well known for that than Malcolm in the Middle. Just because you don't know what they did in the 2010s doesn't mean it didn't happen.
I think Pitbull is my favorite celebrity because even he seems unsure why he is famous, but he is content to roll with it as long as people are paying him money. Good for him.

I was so close.
But I dont watch football/soccer, so would have no idea. The only ones I might be able the recognise are soccer players from my country in the mid 90s... when I was about 13 everything everything from that time stuck the most.
"Your point total remains at 0."
So, short answer is, "no"...
Actually, on second thought, even if you did put him on this quiz, no one would get him right because you wouldn't able to see him!

Great Quiz!!! 👍
I got 18/20 and I missed Justin Timberlake and Adele. I'm literally screaming at myself right now lol.
