Am I the only one that was thinking about Finding Nemo while typing anenome? And not knowing how to spell it because I could only picture Nemo goes an-an-anonemone? Haha

I thought anteaters only lived in Latin America. Can you specify that, please?

It says "American". Those of us who live in North America don't have a monopoly on the word.

In the American south you can find dead armadillos EVERYWHERE. That armor isn't really effective against cars.

Driving through Texas we saw a dead armadillo at the side of the road about every couple of miles, and they were always lying on their backs with their feet curled up in the air. Someone had stopped at every one and put an empty beer can in their (paws?). When I see the word armadillo that is the picture that always comes to mind, an armored animal chugging a beer.

Honestly, half my time was wasted because I kept not putting the second 's' on albatross, because I'm more accustomed to the french version, with is just albatros. I'd type 'albatros' and be confused as to why it wasn't correct, because it looked right to me.

Same here! I've been advocating for the single S to be accepted in all the comment sections of quizzes where albatross is an answer (and there are quite a few). Keep fighting!

I don't think of abalone as sea snails but shellfish. In New Zealand we call them paua, and they are delicious and their polished shells are gorgeous.
