Yes I was going to say that. Pretty glaring error there. peacemakers... psh. If God loved peacemakers so much then why did he want us to invade Iraq? clearly he loves cheese, which is the best reason to suspect that he's American.

What are you doing? God didn't say 'Invade Iraq' any more than 'Allah' said 'Go kill the Christians'! And it's PEACEMAKERS, not CHEESEMAKERS!

I'm a little riled up at this.

Can you tell?

Every religion I've seen has some version of "you guys are my blessed/chosen ones" in their texts. It's never "sorry guys, actually I chose the other crowd..."

@tom98784 I agree, American cheese is terrible. Cheese is not meant to be fluorescent or taste of plastic.

If you pass out cheeses,

And say it's from Jesus,

War just might cease

And then you'll have peace.

GOD IS LOVE, and probably got a little chuckle from all this.

I wonder if Jesus was punning around when he said what he said in Matthew 16:18? 'Peter' and 'rock' come from the same Greek root (petros). He had some cool party tricks (turning water into wine, multiplying fishes, raising the dead, etc); if he'd added a bit of humour we'd still be talking about him today. Oh wait...

You do realize he wasnt talking in english dont you?. (Regardless if it happened or not) Nor that the texts from the bible originally were in english.

You do realize he actually did point out the common root in Greek language (in which the earliest known bibles have been written), and that the pun would still be there in the original aramaic?

Also, that you replied to a 5 year old comment? :P

Answering all of these in adulthood is a sign of textual/cultural literacy. Answering all of them at 4 years old might be a sign of child abuse.
