You can call it what you want but niger top band really is red. If you would have shown it to anyone, out of context they would say it is red (I know the explanation on symbolism etc describes it as orange, but it is just as red as your like buttons, but darker).
(I can imagine the bottom band for armenia has some mixed opinions you could see that one either way, since it is orangy yellow or yellowy orange, or goldish actually. But the niger one does not come close to orange).
Niger's top band looks extremely orange to me. It's nowhere close to red. Maybe it's a difference in people's computer screens, or maybe it's like that blue and black dress.
Erm, the country itself says that their flag has orange. If anyone knows what colours appear on a national flag, it's the very country that chose the thing!
I've been looking at flags for 20+ years, and I have never seen Niger's flag as red. People see slightly different shades when looking at the same color. You POV does not speak for everyone.
The Armenian orange looks like a dirty orange that was created when one tried to get orange from mixing red and yellow but the brush wasn't cleaned that well. After that came the Cyprian orange, that is just a tad bit darker.
All of these seem pretty reasonably orange to me. Some shades are ambiguous, because colors are not really well-defined. I would go further and say that the yellow on the Sri Lanka flag could as well be understood as orange too, which would make much more than 11,4% (but that wouldn't actually change the quiz much).
Actually, the El Salvador flag has a rainbow on it which includes shades of orange. If split into 8,294,400 pixels (a 4K resolution), a perfect recreation of the flag would have about 86 orange-shaded pixels, which is about 0.00103684413% of the flag. So El Salvador's flag has about 39,254x less orange than Bhutan's, but still something!
Well, you get the point that Bhutan has the most percentage of orange on the flag because it is a right triangle. The other right triangle is yellow, which is upside down! And then you have the dragon.
Out of curiosity, which side of the Bhutanese flag is considered orange in this quiz? As far as I'm concerned, you could argue that both are shades of orange.

that's the definition of orange!

I also stopped to eat dinner and watch an episode of Tom and Jerry, but still. More time please?
The national flag is the tricolour of green, white and orange.
