lol, I couldn't think of any curse words that began with "ex" so I missed that one. I didn't know it meant another name for a curse word.

This should accept extravert - it's a valid alternate spelling

I kept trying example, even though I knew it wasn't really quite the same thing.

'Infer from current trends' is definately 'extrapolate'...but 'expect' could also be an example of an extra solution. I suppose it isn't exact, but extrapolate isn't explicitly the only exclusive answer. There may be others, except i don't want to exhaust all examples.

I thought that you extrapolated a phrase or paragraph(s) from a larger body of writing; I never heard of it used as "infer from current trends".

The correct word is “Extract” which can be a verb or a noun. The quiz should definitely accept that. Also, in English, a proponent is someone who supports or advocates an idea. I had never heard of the mathematical variety.

WOW. Not very good with my ex's. Then again, I am still married.

Could departure of a large group of people also be exuent? At least in the theater.

I think "execration" should be accepted for "curse word"—fits rather literally.

Extramarital just means outside of marriage. It doesn't mean adulterous until you add the word "affair".

Exactly. Not a fair question.

Kept typing exogamous instead of extramarital. Finally got it.

This is probably annoyingly picky, but an extrovert isn't technically outgoing though the association is common enough that no change should be made. But, I'd recommend something more like, "A person who is energized by being around people."

"Being energized" is a meaningless concept, and your "definition" is from a specific pile of pop psychological pseudoscience. The commonly accepted definition of the English word is closer to the clue as written; it's fine as-is.

I know I tried extramarital several times. Can't believe I must have typoed it. But I humbly request "ex-wife" for adulterous.

I typed Excavate 10 times... Excavation

Could you accept explicit? Also, I misunderstood the context of outgoing and tried exitor and exiter. These seem like they should work.

Excerpt could also be extract
