Joe also lost use of his legs when he was fighting Peter, Quagmire, Bonnie, and Cleveland in "Believe It or Not, Joe's Walking on Air" It's a little long for an answer though, I guess...

The whole episode had him lose his legs as a running gag. His legs were shot by Stewie in the "Misery" segment and he was crippled by the prison guards in the "Shawshank" segment.

Quiz needs to be updated. As screamingwatermelon pointed out, we now know the grinch story was false. Also, Cleveland no longer has his own spin-off, so that should be past tense.

In one episode, Joe lost his legs firghting the grinch. In a more recent episode, he lost his legs fighting a drug dealer, who shot him in both legs. Also, the cleveland show was canceled

If it's his novel, then it should be italicized rather than in quotes, which would be for a short story. :-/

I think you need to accept more options for the Rupert question. I tried so many different options which would have been considered correct ('stuffed animal', 'stuffed toy', 'toy bear'), seems a bit contrived to only accept 'teddy bear'.
