I thought of Ling-Ling from Drawn Together... but anyway people aren't very creative when it's about Asian names.

Apparently not.

From Wikipedia;

"[Woodstock] also hates being mistaken for the wrong species of bird (though we are never told what species he actually is)..."

Interesting enough, Bambi is originally a Roe deer but in the movie he is a White-tailed deer because there are no Roe deers in USA..

That's just what I wanted to say. "Roe" should be allowed as a type-in. I've never seen the film, but I read the book at least ten times as a child. I actually knew there was a deer in the film, so I did find the answer, but "roe" should still be an alternative for the sake of readers.

It's essentially the Japanese version of The Little Mermaid, Liam Neeson, Matt Damon, Tina Fey and Cate Blanchett do some of the voices in the English dub.

Didn't know who General Woundwort was, but by playing animation-related quizzes in the past, I figured such a strange name probably came from Watership Down.

not happy that woodstock is just listed as bird - if we don't know what animal he is, should he really be included? i knew who he was but didn't get it cos i didn't know what species of bird he was. there's plenty you could have instead with a more definitive answer
