Andrew Jackson was not definitely born in North Carolina. He was born in a remote area that was near the North Carolina and South Carolina border; nobody knows exactly what state he was born in.

Andrew Jackson's birth home is in WAXHAW NORTH CAROLINA. Sorry but Lancaster can suck it. Although his birthplace is about 15 minutes from the border today, we have cars which means travel time was very different.

That was almost highly embarrassing. I had to ask my husband the sax question; he plays tenor sax himself and Coltrane is his freaking nickname.

Anyone else think that Orson Scott Card is definitely a closeted homosexual and that the mental dissonance between this and him being a practicing and believing Mormon is part of the reason why starting about 15 years ago he went completely insane?
