It's neither good nor bad. It just is. It's a good thing that women can hold these positions, but it isn't a good thing to strive to put more women in these positions. It must happen naturally, without bias either way.

I don't know how the justices would take to being called "political" figures. And Ivanka seems odd, not elected, not confirmed by the Senate, unlike every other position on here.
