Not necessarily. First editions sometimes have multiple printings. First edition, first printing are the ones most coveted. But, I agree, both answers should probably be accepted. :D

Yes, but at least in the US, the term "first name" is synonymous with "given name."

The clue could be worded correctly or incorrectly, as it refers to "a group" which could be either one specific First Nation within the larger First Nations or a grouping of multiple First Nations. At the end of the day "a group" is non-specific as to its meaning.

A lot more than just about any place on earth. Especially regarding the ability of government to stop it. People in the UK have been jailed for public speech and published articles.

Indeed it does. Traveling and living around the world this is one of the most noticeable differences, the lack of free speech elsewhere. I don't think it's considered a sacred right anywhere else that I've been to, where you can be fined or arrested for offending someone, misgendering them, using "hate speech" or some other unpopular form of speech, online "bullying", openly believing in conspiracy theories, "blasphemy," "pornography," public protest, or for criticizing the government or monarchy. The US has problems and is less free in some ways than some other countries, but they've got just about the freest of free speech anywhere on Earth.

A ship's second-in-command can also be a First Lieutenant if it is a warship. Either allow both terms or make it clear it is a merchant ship being referred to in the question

The first amendment does not grant the right to free speech, nor does any amendment grant any rights. Free speech is a natural right and the Constitution merely guarantees it.

I think First Lady is a term used for most president / prime ministers in the world.
