The Nigerian film industry is #2 in terms of quantity. They were in the news recently for having surpassed the American filmy industry in that regard. That's probably what you're thinking of. They're still a ways off from catching India.

Also, not really completely fair that they count all of "Nollywood's" movies, which are 99% shot on video and don't even typically use film, but for the USA they only count "major" films. If you counted all made-for-TV movies, direct-to-video films or things that are online-only (including the hundreds of pornographic films produced each year), and other low-budget movies that are not considered major films in the US, I'm sure that would even up the scores.

"Raptor" refers to birds of prey, not dinosaurs. So, no, probably not acceptable here.

Well, in popular culture, "raptor" is much more often used to refer to the dinosaurs than to birds of prey, so "raptor" should be acceptable.

The Shakespeare question is ambiguous. Henry V starts with "O for a muse of fire, which would ascend the brightest heaven of invention" and so Henry V should be accepted.
