Malbaby, I think the word "on" represents the phrase, "on land near to". If someone said "I live on Elm Street" you wouldn't picture their home in the middle of the street would you? (That's just my one cent's worth - with inflation, my opinion is no longer worth two cents.)

so neither Thoreau or henry Thoreau are accepted. Seems very pedantic. Also what's the fascination with Super Mario - theres a question on it in every quiz. Have never played it but maybe I should bone up on it
