It's actually not. According to Wikipedia:
The ministration known as the last rites in the Catholic Church does not constitute a distinct sacrament in itself. It is rather a set of sacraments given to people who are perceived to be near death. These are the sacraments of Anointing of the Sick (which, in spite of not being reserved for those near death, is sometimes mistakenly supposed to be what is meant by "the last rites"), Penance and the Eucharist.

We were taught "extreme unction." Altho we were so young and had no idea what the words meant, I thot it was "extry monktion."

I'm not sure if you know this but there is a site called Google which helps you to answer such questions. Anyway... I looked it up myself because I didn't know either: Cosby Show Family members. I was sure they had to be some sort of TV family but never seen the Cosby Show so yeah.

I always heard the sacrament of confirmation called "chrismation" (because they put chrism on your head, which is holy oil). Also, if you take Mumbai for Bombay, Chennai for Madras, and Kolkata for Calcutta, you should take Bengaluru for Bangalore.
