@dragonlife don't be a knob. You know full well some people have dyslexia or have not been so privileged with education or perhaps aren't familiar enough with french to be able to figure out or remember the spelling so do not insinuate that people should have to get the spelling correct. The quiz is testing harry potter knowledge, not spelling
I also feel like the fact that it's a made up word should mean the quiz would be more lenient on spelling. people are much more likely to misspell a made up word than a real english word.
A very nice quiz. Just a thought - the author of this quiz clearly does not regularly travel to/from King's Cross, otherwise he would accept "KingsX" as the correct answer (:
I agree with babbaloo, even though I got it right. In my first language, "Chamber of Secrets" is translated to "Secret Chamber" in the books. It probably happens in a lot of languages too. It wouldn't hurt to add "Secret Chamber".
It is considered that because the people of Hogsmeade didn't know that it was just Professor Lupin in there, changing into his werewolf form. Quizmaster is just referring to what everyone thinks.
Should they also accept the answers in Finnish? For example Tylypahka for Hogwarts? What about all the other 60+ languages Harry Potters are translated to?
NOT the "Secret chamber".
"'Do you know much about Hogsmeade?' asked Hermione keenly. 'I've read it's the only entirely non-Muggle settlement in Britain —'"
Seriously, can you name another all-magical village from the books, much less one that's featured as heavily as Hogsmeade?
Your request is ridiculous!
