Strickly speaking, the Jesuit Order is known as the "Society of Jesus." Jesuit priests have "S.J." following their names.

I agree. It was too hard. I've now changed three questions to make them easier, although the quiz is still difficult.

Guess I should feel good about my 19/20! It didn't seem unusually easy, not difficult to me - just kind of middle of the road (as presently updated).

Maybe accept Spanish for Spain since that's the answer if you read the question as "what civil war" instead of "what country's civil war"

Louis XVI was not the last king of France (that would be Louis-Philippe, 1830-1848), nor was he the last Louis (that would be Louis XVIII, 1815-24).

"Louis the Last" is a nickname given to Louis XVI, I'm not responsible for its historical veracity...

Disappointed that the empress question didn't include (and allegedly horses). I imagine quite a few people sent telegrams from Kitty Hawk in 1903 other than the most famous person.

To me, "once ran" means it used to run; "ran once" means it ran exactly one time.

Interesting trivia about the baking family. They started out in Germany. So the origin of the name is "rothen Schild", or red shield in German. It has nothing to do with the current pronunciation of "roth's child".
