A Houston quiz that doesn't mention the Rothko Chapel? That was the only reason I visited Houston!

I live in Houston and have never heard of the Rothko Chapel....sounds interesting though

Looks like a conference room on Doctor Who. From the 70s.

Huh, I actually ducked in when I visited the Menil Museum in Houston -- I found it kind of boring, but I was like 12 and not a big fan of abstract art. The Menil Museum had a cool collection but the display labels were often so vague as to be unhelpful.

I've been there. Nice place to visit if you have an extra 15 minutes.

I think NOLA should be acceptable for New Orleans. It is commonly called that by Louisianans and folks in the south

Agreed. Please accept NOLA for New Orleans :)

it's just sad that 63% of people don't know that hurricane Harvey hit Houston. it was everywhere on the news.

No, 63% know it. And a good part of the rest probably just have forgotten the name of the hurricane, but not the fact that a hurricane hit Houston.

It actually took me a few moments to remember the hurricane's name, thanks to all the multiple giant hurricanes all in a row. And I even had family that were evacuated via canoe! (They're all safe & sound.)

No one in Houston uses the term "motorway."

Well it's a quiz about Houston, not for Houston. Plus it says widest in *the world*, so non-local expressions should be allowed.

Don't know much about Houston. Got "Sam", the Apollo question and Beyonce Knowles. Thought the Rodeo was "Running with the Bulls", as that's what done in Calvary.

Oh yeah, I watched a couple interesting videos explaining that on youtube-

"Jomboy astros cheating" in the youtube search bar should pull them up, for anyone interested.

I don't have anything against casual sports, but stuff like that, combined with corruption, is why I dislike many professional sports.

For my money, one of the worst big cities in the United States. Probably the worst. Might depend on where exactly the cutoff is for "big," but hands down the winner at least among the 10 biggest.

I’m curious, what makes it so? I live in the area, and I wouldn’t say it’s an extremely nice city, but there are certainly much worse cities around the country.
