The "Bay" question is confusing. The Chesapeake is an inland bay or estuary. An "ocean bay" would be a bay formed between the mainland and a barrier island - such as Assawoman Bay.

Only confusing if you want it to be confusing. Or if you want to be deliberately obtuse. Easy question. Easy answer.

Because what bay springs to mind first and foremost light years ahead of any other in Maryland?

I think you just wanted an excuse to say Assawoman.

Disagree- Not confusing at all. Just maybe not technically correct within a certain discipline, but who would know that? 0.001% of the population?

"River on the border with DC" would be okay on a Virginia quiz, but doesn't work here. It does form the Maryland/Virginia border and the D.C./Virginia border but not the Maryland/D.C. border, which is what the clue seems to be implying. The border of Maryland and D.C. is a land border.

The question should read "River on the border with Virginia".

The Natty Boh question is confusing. I put in "National Bohemian" for it, and then got it wrong. Could you put something in the question so that it is clear that the answer you are looking for is a type of drink or food? Thanks.

If you know what it is (that's blatantly obvious), try an alternate obvious answer.

Would you consider accepting just "Hopkins"? It's more common to hear that in Baltimore than the full name.
