Loved this quiz and I love New Orleans (N' Awlins) although I've only visited twice. My sister and I always say "where y'at?" when we greet one another. Now if y'all will excuse me, I have a craving for jambalaya.

The shrimp poboy is my least favorite type. I prefer the pork. Have to kick myself for missing NOLA; 50 years removed from Louisiana, but at least I should have remembered from a restaurant in Los Angeles named NOLA.
