Lockout is not really the opposite of a labor strike. Wouldn't the opposite of a strike be working?

A strike is when workers refuse to work, a lockout is the opposite, when they are not allowed to work.

The opposite of workers not working when they're supposed to would be them breaking in and working when they're not supposed to. As said, different and opposite are not the same.

A word can have multiple opposites. For example, what's the opposite of "man". Woman, boy, or even girl would be perfectly acceptable.

The clue is worded as intended and accurate.
