Pretty sure it is Ivan Ivanov, which I believe should be accepted. Or alternatively Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov, according to Wikipedia.

Funny thing is, I didn't actually know that one, so I tried a typical Russian name with a typical Russian ending, and... voila!

Good job of getting a good blend of "I" names. Aside from Ian, Isaac, Isabel and Ivan you don't often see names start with the letter.

Quite a difficult letter to find famous people, innit?

I'm talking seriously: while many letters are one of two short, "I" is 5 short!!!

I love a quiz featuring Immanuel Kant. Everyone should be forced to read Kritik der Reinen Vernunft in the original German.

There's a famous TV puppet in England called Basil Brush - A mischievous fox. Ivan Owen was famously the creator and actor of this TV show, if you're looking for an O, appreciate it may be somewhat obscure to those across the pond.

There are a lot of questions in this series and quizzes like it on notable figures, on tennis players. Is tennis popular elsewhere? Because I've met people who watch just about every other sport out there, but I don't think I've ever met a single person who actively pays any attention to tennis.
