I hear her called "The Bieb" all the time on the radio. Only heard "Biebs" a few times. Seems "The Bieb" is more common where I'm at (or at least with who I listen to).

She's probably not old enough :) -- first recorded use of the term is from 1837. It's slang all over the English-speaking world but it's fairly antiquated. http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=sawbones
I've heard the term all my life, too, but the last time I heard it was in a West Wing episode. Donna said to Quincy, "So, you're our new sawbones?" Quincy said, "No, sawbones are doctors. Lawyers are shysters." Donna looked at Josh and said, "I got him to say it."
Stop complaining about Macca's....the quiz does't say these are THE nicknames, just that they are among them. Australia/NZ it's very common, the Quizmaster has thrown it in as a challenge. Plus us non-Americans have to put up with 'mericanisms all the time on this site ;-)
Italian Stallion is Stallone's nickname. I think he wrote it into Rocky because he liked it for the character. I guess it works, but it really is broader than just the character.
