Very good complement to QM's Presidential Actors quiz, I like it! Nominated.

Thanks! I actually forgot that quiz existed, though I've taken it at some point. I searched "presidents" but not "presidential" so didn't find it. Just luck that I approached it from the other direction.

Cool quiz. Some strange casting choices though.

Jon Voight looks dead on like James Caan.

My votes for likeness include the following:

Lincoln

Obama

Clinton

FDR

Bush

I thought Hopkins was MVB, Mel Brooks was Nigel Hawthorne, and that Woody looked more like Truman than Oldman. Jeff Daniels looked like farce, and Hopkins was way off on Nixon--again, going by likeness.

Fun quiz, nonetheless.

The Parker Sawyers one was tough to get.

Could be any of them, really

Apparently putting a cowboy hat on Dennis Quaid was as far that production was willing to go for Reagan. "Eh, close enough". ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hey, he smiled too! I think he’s imitating a well known photograph of Reagan in that hat. You get results comparing the two shots when you google it, and I feel like I’ve seen it before.

Can't believe that 77% got that, it's a photo of Dennis Quaid!

I've seen Woody Harrelson go beyond being Woody Harrelson and do a solid job, but LBJ??

With his native Texan roots he would've been better as the other Texan president, George Dubya Bush.

Of course, nobody was more convincing as W. than Timothy Bottoms in That's My Bush.

Many of these really looked like their counterparts. I guessed many of them without the name of the movie.

Now what we need is a movie about a meeting between the three allied leaders of WWII (Truman, Churchill, and Stalin), and have all three of them played by Gary Oldman.

Then there's John Glover as Daniel Clamp, NYC real estate magnate. You can figure it out.

Why is "Vice" randomly capitalized?

That's just how the film stylises its title.

Its not randomly capitalized. All four letters are consistently capitalized. Nothing random about that.

The Wikipedia page makes no mention of that: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vice_(2018_film). Nobody capitalized the title in print journalism when the film came out.

I've adjusted it. Not sure where I took that from. Interesting that other people think the same.

Deleted ridiculous thread about current U.S. politics. If you want toxic political conversation, please head over to Reddit or Twitter.

Was it the one where someone was refusing to type in Trump’s name and I said it was kind of silly to do so at this point? Because I don’t recall that conversation as “toxic,” unless it got worse and I just didn’t see it.
