Including this quiz, that makes a grand total of one for me.

I was a huge fan of Björk back then, so that was an easy one for me.

Weird that someone wearing a dress makes it to a quiz.

Also can you accept ISS for Space?

Since that IS where he went. You ought to accept ISS.

I also tried ISS fist.

I tried ISS, International Space Station, Soyuz, Mir (though I was pretty sure he went in the ISS and Mir had already been decommissioned)…

Space is obviously not wrong, but being more accurate shouldn't be handicap!

I missed that question, typed every variation for ISS I could think of then facepalmed when it was just "space"

I never understood the mandatory fad of hating Nickelback. They sound like every other '90s heroin voice band.

I'd never heard of it. Any particular reason why?

I didn't mean to suggest Nickelback *was* created by record executives, only that it *sounds like* they were. And whatever their origins, the music they've been releasing is clearly managed to be as marketable as possible. But I return to my last point: good for them, and for the people that like them. I agree that vocally ripping on them is usually social signaling. There are plenty of bands that are worse. Either way, I'm reminded of Corey Taylor from Slipknot's response when asked what his favorite "guilty pleasure" song is: "I don't have one. I don't feel guilty about anything I listen to."

I got stuck on the movie...kept thinking Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Driven, Gone in 60 seconds.....took the whole last minute to get it finally.

Steffi Graf should be listed first. 22 slams > 8 slams

It should be necessary to name them both, though.

I thought that was curious, yes. You do have to name both buildings in the earlier clue.

Bjork's dress was one of the memorable events of 2001? I don't think I was aware of it at the time. It certainly wasn't worth remembering for 19 years.

Surprised that so few little people guessed Nepal.

I can't believe it's not even 20 years ago since the Country legalized same sex marriage. Not it's a matter of course, at least where I'm from. But we've had civil union since 1989, so everyone here just see it as just as natural as marriage between a man and a woman.. (Well there are those few religious people who oppose).

Interesting quiz. A few took a bit of thinking. I had no idea on the Swan dress question, but that would probably have been just as true in 2001.

Technically, "person" is not wrong for Richard Reid, and could be avoided by re-phrasing of the question from "Where" to "Within what"...or rephrasing to request his nickname as ____ bomber.

Me neither! Such a shocking event that's very surprising. I only got it because I remembered Nepal abolished its monarchy and the prince's name seemed like it was from that area.

Odd. For some reason, this quiz doesn't include my birthday, even though it's clearly one of the most important things to have happened in 2001 (if not the 21st century in general).

I have never heard anybody refer to Wikipedia as the "Quizmaster's bible". Googling that phrase only yields resuts about Bible quizzes, and Wikipedia's own history of Wikipedia page doesn't mention the name.

My guess is that the quiz maker of this quiz was referring to how the quiz makers here at Jet Punk refer to Wikipedia as the final arbiter of what's right & what's not...& perhaps also because there's a wealth of little-known information in Wikipedia to be mined for Jet Punk quizzes.

Me neither, but guessed it. Been writing pub quizzes, two a week, for 13 or 14 yrs now, and while Wiki is great for lists, Cup Final winners, Oscar's, Popes, highest waterfalls etc that's about it. Got to get "beyond Wiki" for answers. Not a quiz bible, maybe a quiz writers index page.

Could not come up with any of the terrorists. Sorry not sorry - they wanted headlines and notoriety, but apparently in my mind they don't deserve even a footnote. Remember the victims and their families - but terrorists are forgotten. Seems like justice to me.
