I don't think Grenada qualifies in any way as a Latin American country.

Shouldn't it say North American? Neither are American. I should have gotten it but I was thrown off.

I'm with mfstl on this one. Could it be re-worded to "North American" country? Or if expanding to North and South America, could be broader to say "country from the Americas?" American is pretty confusing. My first thought was this was referring to American territories, then next thought was previous ones in the '80s (such as the other question about what were our previous territories). Never occurred to me this is referring to "North American" countries.

where is yellow box?
+1
Level 79
Aug 9, 2020
Why does this need a yellow box? Yellow boxes are for quizzes where all the answers are from a thin category. "Which State Did This Happen In?" would be a yellow box quiz, because otherwise you could type random state names and fill in answers. This quiz does not fit that model.

Added the yellow box. I think this quiz requires one since there are so many possible answers.

I'm typing "Burr" and thinking, "What other VP shot somebody while he was in office?" Cracked up when I saw the other answer. Still can't believe Cheney got away with that. Not even a slap on the wrist.

The Democratic-Republican party also had presidents (namely Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe). Note that this is generally considered a distinct party from either the modern Democratic party or modern GOP.

Also, there are almost certainly monopolies missing there. For one, United Aircraft & Transport was also broken up into what is now Boeing, United Airlines, and United Technologies (merged into Raytheon a month or so ago).
