That is what brought me here aswell. And also need to get 10 more. But dont like to take it two times in a row. I would make it if I do it again right now. But for me personally that feels like cheating (not saying it is when others do it) I rather wait a couple of weeks before trying again. Though this is one of those quizzes where each time, you might miss a different 5 answers, so getting them all but never at the same time to get a perfect.
Fun fact! The second most used word is used half as much as the first, the third one third as much, etc. This is called Zipf’s law, and it applies to many things!
As a non-native speaker I got 60/100 and I almost feel like it is easier if English is not you mother tongue, because you will more likely think about the very common words that you would use.
Wow, I never noticed that there were than many common words in English, I was exactly average, beating 50.2% of people, and its crazy to think that you don't actually know that many of the words you probably use hundreds of times per day.
Why is this so much harder than it seems?? Wow, I am a native English speaker and could only conjure up 55 when put on the spot. I guess that shows how naturally and thoughtlessly your native language can come. When I actually had to think about individual words I blanked. I missed 50 words that I probably use effortlessly 10 times a day.
the box at the start says my best score is 65/100 but when i finish it says your high score is 75/100 in a separate box. what's going on? is it something to do with if i've taken it untimed? i'm aware it's not specific to this quiz but i don't know a space for any general Jetpunk comments
The one at the start is generated before you take the quiz (so shows the best score you’ve gotten previously); the one in the white box is discussing your current attempt, so could give a higher result.
Today was the 1st time I started on this quiz...100% with 2:06 left. Just make sentences out of the words, e.g. First, when will she be there. Would you make most of it even with them? Tricky part is when you catch your typing for words like 'it' which is first 'I' then 'it'....I'm refining my sentences and word order to get through the little words first
Which is the most common five letter word found in English Wikipedia articles. I had code running for days parsing the contents of English Wikipedia and got a ranking for 5 letter words. 'Which' was by far the most common word, which makes sense for an encyclopedia.
So, just what do you think after your first day? Only by now, from my time there, I know these people who have our back. As other than us, most of them like his new work. Because we- they can see its use, the good it would make. Also some, one or two, want her to go on into that well for him, any which way. If, say, she could get in, be their will, take over, and come up with an out... When? This year, even. But then how about he give me a look? no, not at all.

Got the 75/100 I was after, there were 8 words I never tried in any of my attempts: with, make, know, just, into, well, new, use
Then why isn't a suppletive conjugation like "us" counted together with "we"?
because any of these give us the most they can do.
so say what up when we make our new well also first come look at it if you know.
For now if i have the most time which he and her use all year
or just like go over there than with me on my way
but how would she take him back some other day.
Or not only get yours into their one from his as its after two
by about then will see them in.
Not bad for a french
