Although Mt Everest is mainly associated with Nepal, the mountain's summit is bordered by both countries, China (Tibet region specifically) and Nepal.

Part of the reason that visiting the Tibet side is far less common could be due to the restrictions on visiting the region for foreigners (a tour guide is required for starters).

Can satin be accepted as well as silk? Or is it a wrong answer to the question?
+3

Satin is artificial while silk is natural, so I don't think satin should be accepted.

No it's not. It's a weave. Silk can be woven into a satin weave.

YOU obligated to find out any and all acceptable spellings of Mao s name and for non Chinese speakers you should be very lenient , instead you have people hacking for 2 minutes at any spelling except the exact one you mandated , one glitch in my opinion you should correct because i missed that one while i knew the answer

Nahhhh, Zedong is the correct pinyin for 泽东. Pinyin is the official romanization of the People's Republic of China. Today he is widely referred to with this given name.

I've never seen any with blue eyes. I'm not disputing that it's the case, but it's kind of a weird clue. Might try "who speak a Turkic language", or "China's largest Muslim minority" - or something like that.

The Xanadu question didn't make much sense to me, I got all other answers though. Don't know if some rephrasing might be needed for that question.

After doing some research, I see that Xanadu is used as a metaphor to describe the ideal place by the poet Coleridge. His poem has the title: Kubla Khan. This poem is Coleridge's own description of Kublai Khan's Summer Capital of Shangdu.

If you would like a suggestion for a more directly China-related question, I suggest asking "one of the 4 great ancient capitals" or "where one can find the terra cotta army" or "where the first Emperor of China was buried". The answer to these three questions are the same: Xi'an.

Could the A question include that it's a pseudoscience that doesn't work? ^^ Many people believe it's effective and waste

their money into something that won't work and will make them believe they were treated, making them not seek other, actually helpful treatments.

Sorry for nitpicking, I know there's always the dilemma of short vs accurate answers, but in this case I think adding an "ineffective" would be worth it.

This was way way way way WAY too easy.

I'm EXTREMELY ignorant of China. Seriously. But somehow I managed to get every question right. Maybe some of that is because I've been learning a few things on Jetpunk. But...

Nevertheless, it is too easy. There ought to be a question or two that would stump most people.
