I just remember reading a post in a reddit, about how there is random heat signatures in north dakota around Canada border, and was told its from mining and fracting.

So just randomly remembered there was a lot fracturing there.

Of course Nevada capital is Carson City, Silver City is right there and was a big silver mining town. Funny enough I knew it was Nevada when said founded on mining, cause Cali was a thought but wasn't founded just on Gold Rush. Of course they hella give away Nevada.

Happy to see the totals as high as they are. I would have thought several of these would have been difficult for non-Americans...first prez caucus, fracking technology etc.

As a non american I got 14, about a third of which by trying random states until it worked. Btw I know what fracking is but I didn't know what state it's used in, and I have no earthly idea what "presidential caucus" means

Got 20 as a non-American, although I had to guess some. US presidential campaigns are so widely talked about even here in Europe that I got Iowa right away. Knew the Oklahoma one from a Lucky Luke comic.

I question the one about Colorado being the ONLY U.S. state completely above 1000 ft. I think Wyoming is, too.

The question reads "1000 meters", not feet. Wyoming goes below 1000 meters (but remains above 1000 ft.).
