We landed on Myanmar as official, with Burma being accepted. Seeing how in this case it's looking specifically for answers having to do with the "spelling," Burma doesn't make sense, since the answer that appears would be Myanmar... which obviously has more than 5 letters.
It shouldn't be accepted. The correct answer is Myanmar, Burma is acceptable type-in, but only for a question where Myanmar is the correct answer. So in "countries that border India" quiz, you should be able to type Burma to reveal Myanmar, but not in this quiz. Don't even start with the "people's republic" funny business. Read what "official name" and "short name" is and then you wouldn't want to say it in the first place.
Got everything except United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland-________________________________________________________________________________________________________________-
When we talk about Asia, we're talking about continents. What continent do Oman and Yemen lie in? The Middle East can't be considered one; it's just a region. Therefore they are in Asia.
Well Egypt is technically a transcontinental country (in Asia and Africa) because of the Sinai peninsula but I guess its ok since most of it is in Africa anyway
One of the nice things about the Asian version of the shortest countries quiz is that every Central Asia country (plus Pakistan) ends in "stan," and automatically are disqualified. That allows me to ignore an entire region of Asia.
