Weird so few know St. Thomas. Always thought it is visited more than the others. But I suppose that does not matter.

Santamaria Island, Jamaica -

Saint Elairs Cay, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines -

Cayo Santiago, PR -

Isla San Juan, PR -

Penon de San Jorge, PR -

Little Saint James, USVI -

Little San Salvador, Bahamas -

Saint Georges Cay, Bahamas -

Isn't it well established that Bahamas does not touch the Caribbean?

Perhaps have Saint Christopher as an alternative to Saint Kitts which is its proper name.

I have to wonder how the stats would look if this quiz was taken by "regular" people instead of Jetpunkers. The three most well known answers aren't necessarily the most visited or popular as vacation destinations, but instead, are the ones that are sovereign nations.

Saint Martin and Sint Maarten are two countries on one island. Much like Haiti and the Dominican Republic. And each spelling must be accepted. The first is the French spelling for the French pside of the island, the second the Dutch for the Dutch side...

How come San Salvador Island, Bahamas isn't on the list? Wikipedia states that it's area is 163 km2.

Maybe because the Bahamas is not considered "touching the Caribbean Sea" ?

I mean I feel like the Bahamian islands are all part of the Caribbean sea.

The Bahamas doesn't touch the Caribbean Sea, although it is usually considered as one of the Caribbean countries for the sake of convenience.

As a French speaker, it's always driven me insane that it's "St. Croix" and not "Ste. Croix". Croix is a feminine noun, it's "la sainte Croix".

The US Virgin Island is called Sainte Croix (not Saint) - short form is Ste. (not St.). It was irritating not to have Ste Croix accepted when that is actually correct.

Actually, could you accept "Statia"? After all, you also accept St. Barts instead of requiring the full name.

It's a country in the Caribbean. Santa Lucia is most likely a variation of Saint Lucia (aka St. Lucia)

What about San Salvador Island? (in the bahamas). Or would you not count that as Caribbean because it's on the Western side of the Bahamas. I personally think all of the Bahamian islands are Caribbean Islands because it's a Caribbean island nation.

Oh no! I'm Colombian and I forgot San Andrés. I even remembered Santa Catalina which is smallest in the Archipelago but not San Andrés. Shame.

San Pedro in Belize, and San Blas in Panama should be included.

Can you accept variations on the spelling of Eustatius? I never get that one right even though I name the island correctly. I think I used a "c".
