I feel like a failure as a Washingtonian for missing Puget Sound. To be fair, I never thought it would show up on a quiz alongside more famous landmarks and it didn't even cross my mind

Ganga River Delta should be accepted for Ganges River Delta. Keep in mind that "Ganges" is the incorrect name for the river and is only a Western nickname since the British could not pronounce Ganga. The names of many Indian geographical aspects have been changed because the British were bad at the pronunciation of cities, river, etc. If you still want to keep "Ganges", at least accept "Ganga" as an answer.

I recognised Puget Sound, I just didn't know it was called like that. Recognised Lake Baikal too, I just thought it was spelled Baykal, which the quiz didn't accept.

Headquarters of the US defense department, one target of the 9/11 hijackers, by far the largest office building in the world, and pretty easy to recognize from this angle by its distinctive shape.

Should accept Aotearoa for North Island, that's its proper name.

I tried New Zealand North and it didn't take it so I thought I was wrong. Just saying North island is a bit of a swiz as so many North islands even if this is so distinctive.

Aotearoa isn't the proper name of North Island; Aotearoa refers to both islands. North Island is (I'm pretty sure) Te Ika-Maui

As a Washington State resident, I glanced at the photo and thought, "The answer on the quiz will be Puget Sound, even though I have a better answer, which probably won't be accepted." That was how it turned out. However, the photo shows far more than the Puget Sound. A better answer to this item would be Salish Sea. This relatively new name covers the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the Strait of Georgia, and the Puget Sound, along with various other inlets, sounds, and the like. The photo in the quiz includes those bodies of water.
