In many parts of the UK, the midday meal is still called dinner. The evening meal is tea, and supper is a wee bedtime snack. Have a look at the OED entry for dinner, updated a couple of years3ago.

Yes, especially if the midday meal is cooked. My family (in northern England) tend to use 'lunch' and 'tea' for a sandwich spread, and dinner for a cooked meal wherever it falls in the day, but I don't know how usual that is.

Wayyyy too short imo, I didn't even have time to read all of the questions properly. Granted, trying to figure out how to spell ulysseus (ulysses) took some of my time. In most quizzes I don't struggle for time. I can atleast read all of them, some might be a bit short if you don't know the answer right away however, but well, like I said struggled heavily on time with this one
