Watch out for Mr. Bond!
+1
Level 75
May 12, 2021
I think that guarantees that I won't be watching James Bond anytime soon. Not even the most epic of all legends could do that. It's too unrealistic.
+17
Level 84
May 12, 2021
Lots of those kills are based on him blowing up buildings and vehicles with people inside. We don't see him individually kill 597 people.

I assume 597 is taken from Screenrant's count, or the same source, as they have the same figure, and according to them he notches up 235 kills in Spectre alone. That's like 40% in the last film, but 150+ of those are from him blowing up people we never see in Blofeld's lair. So estimates vary. It's definitely way more than 23 though!

Level 72

Ya, with 24 movies I was sure it was going to be more than 23 kills, so I went with the big number

You definitely shouldn't watch Bond if his killcount is too unrealistic for you, the series is deliberately ridiculous.

In "Never Say Never" Bond was told at the health clinic to "eliminate free radicals."

He took that seriously!

"Teeth in the adult human mouth, including wisdom teeth"

I would add "most common number of", or "average number of", or something like that, since it is possible to have more or less.

From wikipedia:

"While a single excess tooth is relatively common [...]"

I would say that the average number of teeth is far less than 32, since they fall out or are removed as people age.

But in all fairness we pronounce them as they are spelt

We do pronounce "t" as "ch" sometimes, at least some os us do.

An example in 1PC's link is the word "picture"

Yes, but that's median. In almost all cases, "average" signifies mean. Of course, I have no idea what the mean age of Ugandans is. It's definitely considerably higher than this though.

Level 55
May 18, 2021
LOL! Nice one, but what I meant was that now, the Tibet route is 3 feet shorter than the Nepal one, and up there, every inch matters, and 3 feet could make the difference, so more people might opt for the Tibet route.

you might want to edit question 14 to say

"number of seconds it takes light to travel from the SURFACE of the sun to the earth"

since light spends 200,000 years traveling from the core of the sun to the corona.
