One way to make it harder would be to go by rooftop. Chase Tower in Indianapolis is really only 700 ft tall, likewise Freedom Tower is the same height as the old World Trade Center. Slapping a big spire on a building really shouldn't count especially since a TV tower isn't considered a building.

Another way to make it harder is take the tallest buildings regardless of what city they're in and highlight the answer to the yellow box.

it always seemed silly to me that spires and statuary count but radio antennas and flag poles do not. By this standard the Sears Tower always got short changed versus many other spire-y buildings like the Petronas Towers. Though there are other ways to measure, such as the height of the highest inhabitable floor of the building.

I have to admit it bothered me too when the Petronas Towers "surpassed" the Sears Tower thanks to hundreds of feet of decorative spire.

It's become almost standard design now just for the prestige of false height. It's like men saying they're 6'1" because they're wearing hiking boots when they're really under 6', just braggadocio. Some, like the Conde Nast in NYC look thoroughly ridiculous on a silhouette chart ahead of other buildings.

I sometimes say I'm 6'5" even though I'm really more like 6'6" or 6'7" to feel less like a freak and mitigate the reaction that is likely to come after. I think depending on how much sleep I get and how much I'm slouching I could be 6'5"

I'm 6'3." Can I say I'm 7' if I wear a top hat? What about my kid who is only 45"? Can he ride a ride with a 48" height requirement if he puts on the right hat?

Well technically the definition of a building or Skyscraper is that at least half of the buildings height is habitable so.........

That's a terrible definition for skyscrapers. They have got to change that.

Should be with yellow highlited boxes. Got 19/23 without even looking at clues by just typing in large US cities.

I don't think so. The name of the quiz is "Tall Building Cities", not "where are those tall buildings located".

In fact, listing the tallest building of each city is some sort of help for those who know where they are located. It would make more sense not to list any specific buildings at all if you want to make it (a little) more difficult.
