Could "Assuan" or "Asuan" also be accepted as spellings? (If they aren't yet) I tried "Atsuan" myself, but wasn't at all sure it was the right answer so didn't try more.

I suppose Assuan can be accepted, but if you were writing a paper for school I would insist on the correct modern spelling in English.

Am I wrong in saying that the capital of South Africa is Pretoria not Cape Town therefore making Lesotho's captial - Maseru, the most southerly. I stand corrected but I'm pretty sure I'm right

I'm very bad at African trivia and geography so I expected the worst. 14/20 isn't that bad. I'm okay with that score.

Kilimanjaro is in fact a mountain, and actually isn't part of a mountain range.

It is the highest free-standing mountain above sea level in the world, hence not part of a range. I believe that Kibo is one of the volcanic cones
