Also allow Kalimantan (which is what the Malays and Indonesians call Borneo)?

I don't think so - I think that's only the Indonesian part. Malaysians (not Malays particularly) refer to Sabah and Sarawak. And then there's Brunei.

I would want Kalimantan accepted since many people do refer to it that way. But you're right; Malays call it Borneo.

Kalimantan is the specific name of the province of Indonesia, not for the island. The province does not take up the whole island, so it should not be accept (would you accept Dominican Republic as the name for the island of Hispaniola?).

When Indonesians say Kalimantan, are they generally referring to the whole island, or just the Indonesian part?

The province is named Kalimantan, cause its entirely on the island of Kalimantan

Is Zealand in the Netherlands? I feel like I've heard that before. It was also one of the two I missed.

No. There is a province called Zeeland in the Netherlands, but the island in this quiz is an island in Denmark.

No, the name is very misleading there, Zeeland is in the Netherlands, in the South where you see the Rhine and Meuse delta. This is where you can find things like the Oosterscheldekering to protect it against floods, and this is the province that gave its name to New Zealand (Zealand being the archaic English name of Zeeland, and the country is called like that because it was discovered by Abel Tasman and first mapped by the Dutch). To avoid confusion, I always call the island where Copenhagen is situated by the Danish name, Sjælland.

Zeeland is a Dutch province (and namesake of my hometown.) That island is Sjaelland. No matter what Wikipedia says, it isn't Zealand.

Anyone else think Sardinia looks like if France was squished in a vice? All I could think of when I looked at it was "SKINNY FRANCE" and my brain wouldn't work. At least I didn't type it.

That's exactly what I first thought too! Luckily, I had Corsica just before, so that brought me back in line.
