Hit the post on a couple of these. Put General Secretary for the UN question.

For Hibernia I put Great Britain because there's a Scottish football team called Hibernian, didn't consider that since their badge is green it was probably founded by Irish people!

"General secretary" should be accepted, this wording is used quite often e.g. in newspapers.
