I got thirteen, which I was pleased with since sports quizzes are not my forte. Still not enough for any points, though. Saw three names in the answers list that I should have gotten, but I'm consoled by the thought that 16 correct answers probably wouldn't have gotten me any points either.

A little leniency on The Dream's name would be appreciated.

There's lots of leniency, but what type-in do you want that's not allowed? Hakeem also works.

I never would have guessed Cornbread Maxwell on the '81 Celtics.

It seems that up until the last decade or so, the Finals MVP was always given to the best player on the team. Recently, players like Chauncey Billups, Tony Parker, Kawhi Leonard, and Andre Iguodala have won the award despite not being the best players on their respective teams.

um... Leonard was far and away the best player on the Spurs in 2014.

Nope, that Spurs team was more of a team. Kawhi was definitely not by far the best player on that Spurs team.

Had to do some research going into this.

Surprised about 72’ finals MVP Wilt Chamberlain. Thought it was West at first and had to think of the West Chamberlain Baylor or Goodrich big 3

He should've got it in 1969 but for some reason they gave it to Jerry West, who was on the LOSING TEAM

yea duh cuz jerry west carried the lakers to game 7 and only lost by 2, the celtics worked as a team so no player standed out but the lakers team of West, Baylor, and Chamberlain. West stood out. Duh you think the NBA made the decision without any reason?

With the passing years, the details fade, but I know at the time I felt that Bob McAdoo absolutely should've been Finals MVP for the Lakers.

BTW, QM, the label for the year "1982" is shown as "1980".

So...if you were an NBA player (and while we're dreaming), would you prefer to win a regular-season MVP, or a finals MVP?

for me, regular season easily. the games span an entire year, not just 4-7 games.

finals MVP because that mean you won the championship, unless of course you are Jerry West in 1969.
