Fun quiz! Just one thing: it should be "1991 song" instead of "1991 soon".

By the way, for all you '90s music fans in the comment section, here's the music video of the song being referenced: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2AitTPI5U0

Man, the food product was frustrating. I tried salt and sugar because they have preservative properties. So then I guessed McDonald’s and that worked elsewhere. Then I guessed whatever I could think of that was overly sweet or salty because they’d naturally preserve themselves. Jerky, cured meats, salted nuts, etc. etc. before finally getting the obvious correct answer!

Yeah, I think the clue should be more specific. Maybe “common sweetener” would work? Salt and vinegar both come to mind and fit the clue.

I think "au" is a common French word that does sound a lot like the letter o. I'm not French, but I'm learning it, and Google Translate seems to agree with me. Google Translate pronounces "eau" and "au" almost identically.

Could "mitochondrion" be accepted? The question certainly sounds like it is asking for a singular answer.

Yes, mitochondrion was meant to be accepted and will be now.

Isn't Google a search engine not a webpage? Or, did Google start out as a webpage?

Yeah, that threw me too. Plus it seems kind of unbalanced to have two questions about cells on the same quiz...

Please accept "gluon" or "strong force boson" and such for neutrally charged atom components, they are what makes the nucleus stick together, and the quarks that make up protons and neutrons.

McDonald's don't use Ronald McDonald anymore. While the question was easy for me, pretty soon people won't remember him as he's not been around for years. They don't really use mascots anymore and focus on a clean, everyone branding.

He's not on their website or shown in their restaurants so I think it looks like the guy is gone. Although I think his Foundation is still going.

The way the clue is worded, it should accept just "toe".

What is a hallux? It's a toe.

- What is the common name for the hallux? Big toe.
