For N, I thought it was Non-24 Sleep/Wake Disorder at first, which I have, but rarely see mentioned anywhere so I was surprised. Narcolepsy I thought was the tendency to fall asleep suddenly and without warning. My aunt was narcoleptic for a while and would fall asleep on the toilet or sometimes in the middle of a sentence.

That one also took me a few extra seconds, but I looked it up and that's the definition given by the NIH. We discovered my late brother had it when he fell asleep while driving. Not a good time to discover it but thankfully his wife was in the car with him and was able to get control of the car enough to get it off the highway before they crashed.

Yes, I'm sure. But it's encouraging seeing you accept responsibility for this problem.

Great quiz - I struggled with the X one as well, thinking Fragile X was the main identified 'syndrome' that would relate

4 mosquito borne diseases named here and it didn't even include the most common one, Malaria. They truly are the arch nemesis of humans.

Just tried a Japanese name for "K". GOAL! This is even better than getting credit for the "UK" when I start to type "Ukraine".

Carpal tunnel was something that would occasionally be brought up in band class when I was in high school, so that's how I remembered that one.

XYY syndrome, unlike Klinefelters XXY or Turner syndrome XO, is basically asymptomatic and unscreened. No one learns about it in medical school and is probably quickly skimmed over even in genetic counseling school. I would switch off this answer for something more common. I suggest Xerostomia = dry mouth. A technical term for a pretty common symptom that is seen in several rheumatologic diseases.
