consider "yellow boxing" this quiz. Or else you can just guess random auto manufacturers.

Indeed. I only got Ferrari at all because I knew it was a car company, so just put it in my opening salvo; if there’d been any sort of yellow box, I’d never have gotten it.

Then again, I’ve never been a car person myself, so I only got 10/20, and even that was more from just typing names than recognising anything!

+2

This is too easy mainly because you can just throw guesses at it, since it doesn't highlight a single logo and require the user to type in only that name.

Must have been a European who left this comment. Notice how the Americans commenting that they have never seen a SEAT, Ferrari, Peugeot, Fiat, or Alfa Romeo car before (all are virtually never seen in the US) do so simply as an observation or as an aside, not as a snarky complaint, criticism, insult, or way of protesting their score?

You missed several. Lexus is part of Toyota. Infiniti is part of Nissan. Alfa Romeo is owned by Peugeot. Probably more...

That's why we explicitly say that the answer could be a company, make, or model.

I am sorry to be nitpicky, but it's maybe a bit of a stretch to say that Alfa Romeo is owned by Peugeot... Both brands are owned by the joint 50/50 merger between FIAT Chrysler and PSA, and under that umbrella are brands such as Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Mopar, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, and Vauxhall.
