Ramases will work now, but Mandarin will not.

Old Mandarin didn't start until about 2,000 years later.

This would be similar to saying French and Latin are the same thing.

Good Quiz. I tried Mykene, which is the transcription of the greek name of the city. As far as I know, Mycenae is the latinized version.
