Copernicus could also be Doc Brown's dog from 1955. Also Marty doesn't like being called "yellow" from part 3.

Thumbs up. I thought of Copernicus (though I thought of Einstein first) and "yellow" or "yeller" was my first guess.

I could see guessing yellow if chicken didn't work. but why would yellow be your first guess? the third movie was terrible and the instances of marty getting mad about being called chicken are more numerous by far.

I never understood why some people say BTTF3 is bad. To me it's just as good as 2. Same goes for Ghostbusters 2, I don't get why some hate that one either.

Yup, Copernicus and Einstein should both be acceptable answers - or even reformulate the question to ask what are his two different dogs' names.

I named my stuffed dog I got for Christmas in 1985 when I was 9 Einstein in honor of BttF. Good times.

A special speedometer was installed in the DeLorean DMC-12 for the movie as US government regulations at the time only allowed for an 85mph speedometer from the factory.
