More than half questions are Capitals.

I see only 9 (counting Nuuk and Salt Lake which are disputable). Sao Tome and Principe is the country, the question about Chad involves a capital, but that would still be less than half...

I’m a little shocked about the percentages for the Arno and Ebro

Fun fact: the german "Ruhr"-region is also named after a river of the same name.

The same goes for Ohio.

And I'm sitting here, wondering how Aoraki is not the biggest mountain in New Zealand... why can't we keep the original names

The highest mountain in New Zealand is not Mt. Kiwi :(

Mount Cook is now officially Aoraki / Mt Cook (always with the Maori first) after a treaty settlement deal with Ngai Tahu in 1998 :)

We might see that on the 6 letter quiz.

The Maori name occurred to me first and then I had to think what would the English name the mountain and guess.

'The biggest little city in the world'???? Seems a very bloated claim! Why? A lot of other little cities seem far more globally important than that one.

I agree. A good quiz apart from this question which only people from the US are likely to know. I tried "Rock" to no avail!

They had an excellent documentary about their sheriff's office called Reno 911. You should watch it.

Yeah, Reno is not even on the map for me. But now I know something new, so I'm OK with it.

It's a common nickname for the place. Nicknames don't have to be literally true. You think Paris, the City of Light, is literally the brightest city in the world? I'm not American, I knew it. And now you do too. Not such a bad thing.

On Arrested Development they changed the city's slogan to "Reno - Make the Biggest Little Mistake of Your Life!" I worked it out from that :)

I'm not from the US but I've definitely heard Reno mentioned quite a lot, kinda like a mini-Las Vegas is my impression.

What is "Reno" and what does that clue mean?

It's a city in Nevada, in the United States. The clue is its nickname, basically implying it is a much more bustling and exciting place than its relatively small population would make you think.

How disappointing that Mount Doom was not correct. That seems to be the only mountain fact from New Zealand that I can remember
