Tried South Carolina (working my way around the Gulf and Florida) so never tried the North! Surprised that Hawaii doesn't have much water to make the top ten since its all islands!

I'm surprised that with the Chesapeake Bay separating two parts of Maryland, that it didn't make it. Maybe if there were a quiz with water area as a percentage of total area...

A little surprised that Montana doesn't make the cut but I guess having a coastline is a big boost as every state here has a large coastline with with a lake or ocean.

I kinda thought Lake Michigan would be a big ol' checkmate for Michigan to reign supreme, but I guess it's divvied up.
