The Mediterranean has access to the Atlantic, which has access to every other country on the coast, so therefore all non-landlocked countries should be here
Or why not include us? I am currently in UK (Gibraltar) and can see the Mediterranean from the window of my flat. I don't want to be excluded from your quiz. I am here. Please add me!
Interestingly enough, for me it is more challenging with the sea. Instead of naturally naming these all easily from memory, I can't stop myself from using the map which makes me miss things I definitely wouldn't have otherwise like Cyprus.
I agree! It will make the quiz more satisfying as when you keep guessing countries, the shape of the Mediterranean Sea becomes more distinct! And for some reason I find such things very satisfying :)
The Sea of Marmara looks a little odd ending up in white. Not wrong, as only the Mediterranean is blue, but just odd, since it's completely surrounded by the countries.
Somehow for me it is a crazy idea that Syria is a Mediterranean country (I did get it though, it is just how things are categorized in your head I guess. And how you have been taught. For some reason my brain has difficulty with the fact that middle eastern countries could be on the Mediterranean. It is actually already struggling with the eastern european ones haha. My brain thinks mediteranean is mainly italy greece, then ok france and spain. And yea sure I guess north african countries too haha)
Edit; does it even go above 100? or will it show 99+?
There's nothing in the notes to say overseas territories aren't being included.
