I love that spelling. Like, I'm fairly certain that was an error on the band's part, and it adds to the mystique. To the undying, boundless mystique of everyone's favorite band, period, Ace of Base.

I don't believe it was an error. Bass is a very different sounding word in connection to Ace. Base has a much better flow.

It was originally Ace of Salmon, but there was a trademark dispute.

Bass and base are homophones, but bass and bass aren't. None of them are homonyms, but ace and ace are.

60s is my time, too...I was a teenager then. But I still got 16/20. Somehow, I assimilated this stuff.

Only missed Vanilla Ice. I'd say that it was selective memory blocking out the painful parts, but then, I'd have to account for how I remembered Britney Spears, Hanson, Ace of Base, and most of the rest of this quiz.

I am sadly, not 'gangsta' enough to properly answer the Coolio question. :( I was trying every variant of "Gangster's Paradise" that I could think of, including adding in the previous line from the song. Ho hum.

Gangster's Paradise would have worked.

I wonder how that virginity thing worked out for Brit? I do know that if the first person I ever had sex with was Kevin Federline, I’d be pretty screwed up for life, too.
