Great quiz! I especially appreciated the question about Santa Fe, as I've always found it fascinating how old of a city it is. I was surprised though that Boston wasn't older than Albany and definitely didn't realize Albany had been around that long.

That was an interesting one, I was guessing a bunch of east coast states. Did not expect the answer to be new mexico

I was very surprised to learn that New York had the fourth lowest population growth of any US state between 1960 and 2018. Like seriously, how???

It was already really populated in 1960 -- NYC proper has only grown by a couple hundred thousand since then. A lot of young people move to NYC, but many then move to New Jersey or Connecticut to start families, while still working in the city (or just move away from the area entirely).

The rest of the state is basically part of the Rust Belt. I can't see any reason places like Buffalo or Rochester would have grown since manufacturing has been in decline.

I agree. I feel rushed trying to read the sometimes lengthy clue, think, and then try to guess if I'm not positive of the answer. Another minute would help.

Are there a source to the earliest capital one. I find it really difficult to believe that it is not one of the 13 colonies.

Santa Fe was occupied by the Spanish decades before the English came to the Atlantic coast.

For highest life expectancy, it would be number five, not four (there are four in front of it already).

I felt like for most of these I kept typing in the same 3 or 4 answers. And the rest were fairly obvious.

Just checking-- with the new census and New York's surprising lack of population decline, is the population growth part accurate still?
