Do they actually spell "frosty" correctly at Wendy's? I tried all sorts of "clever" misspellings, like "frostee," "frostie," etc., didn't occur to me to try the normal spelling.
I've been to White Castle I think once in my life. Crave Case sounds familiar now that you mention it but I had no idea what it was while taking the quiz the first time.
They have a very loyal following, but are quite limited in the geography they cover. Part of their fame comes from longevity - they date back to the 1920s - but also from selling their products in grocery stores.
Never even seen a White Castle as a West-Coast Canadian. Didn't even know it existed until Harold & Kumar. Only 30% knowing a particular item for a relatively regional US chain shouldn't be surprising.
My favorite fast-food restaurant. Jalapeno cheeseburger sliders are the best but they have a number of good offerings. For me, it's the moisture the steaming process gives the bread...it kind of infuses the bread with the flavor of the meat, onions, and cheese.
I found a French Canadian menu where it is called a Quart de livre, and another menu that looks like it is from France where they do indeed have burgers called "Royal"... there's a Royal Bacon and a Royal-o-Fish etc.
